Option One

(1) Lifestyle Photo Shoot - On location shoot with or without models. Will plan and coordinate logistics with marketing team and get concept approval. Ex: “Portable Solutions" in everyday situations (hiking, exercising, walking to work downtown, in public spaces, on an airplane, etc), “Large Space Solutions” being used in office and/or commercial environments, “Short Term Rental Monitors” in home/AirBnB’s, etc. Can be themed for upcoming special dates and holidays (products around holiday decorations and/or being used in a festive setting). Often, I can get great amateur models for free / trade for content and product. In the case this is not an option (larger shoots, and for shoots with professional models), there may be addtl. model fees (fees depending on experience). There may also be additional fees for location rental and prop purchases needed to complete shoots. All add-on fee’s will be discussed with marketing team and approved beforehand.

You will receive 10 edits. Selects may be made by marketing team. Edits will include a mix of product focused shots with models and product only shots in same environment. You maintain 100% rights to content (I retain rights to showcase work on my portfolio and social media only).

Freelance cost - 3-5 hours @ 250/hr + 25% upcharge for 100% content copyrights = $940-$1560 (location, model, & prop fees not included)

(1) Lifestyle Video - 1 short product focused video / reel for social media. 10-15 seconds in length - May be in studio or on location, with or without models. Ex: Product detail highlights in studio, consumers using products in real life situations, feature highlights, testimonials, etc. May be themed for upcoming special dates and holidays if requested. Concepts and ideas will be discussed with marketing team and approved beforehand. All videos will be in 4k resolution and oriented vertically for social media optimization unless otherwise requested.

Freelance cost - filming 2-3 hours @ 350/hr + editing 2 hours @ $150/hr + 25% upcharge for 100% content copyright = $1250-$1690 (location, model, & prop fees not included)

Terms: Retainer packages are available for 3-12 month periods. After contract ends, I have the right to raise prices and/or adjust packages depending on market conditions and demand. First month is due after contract signing, all remaining payments are on net-15 terms. All packages have a 1 month turnaround.
